She specializes in guiding diverse leaders across industries—especially in STEM fields—toward personal and professional breakthroughs.

A licensed engineer and certified coach, Paula blends strategic insight with deep empathy to empower high-performing teams and underrepresented voices.

Edwin Miles is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian and organizational consultant who brings decades of expertise in parliamentary procedure, governance, and leadership development to corporations, nonprofits, and fraternal organizations.

He is a trusted advisor and facilitator, known for his ability to simplify complex rules and lead with clarity, precision, and purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this workshop right for my organization? This workshop is designed for board members as well
as current and aspiring officers of organizations across all sectors. The leadership skills and tools
apply universally, though examples will span different organizational types.

How practical is the content? Extremely. While we cover essential governance principles, 70% of the workshop focuses on implementation tools and actionable steps you can take immediately.

Can I register onsite? No. To ensure proper preparation of materials and a productive experience, all registrations must be completed online in advance.

Is my registration transferable? Yes—if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. All name change requests must be submitted by August 12, 2025. After this deadline, transfers will no longer be accepted, so please plan accordingly. Please email [email protected] with the new attendee's information.

What's your refund policy? Due to limited seating and advance preparation, registrations are non-refundable. However, transfers are permitted as noted above.

Will I receive materials in advance?  No. Everything you need will be provided during the event.
